With nearly 20 years of experience in the non-profit and political sectors, Debbie Payton has a reputation for her passionate desire to do well and do good. She has assisted dozens of charitable organizations and political candidates and causes in their efforts to communicate and to make a difference. Payton was public relations director for the nation’s largest public relations agency serving the faith-based community, and served in communications and program positions at The Salvation Army and Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She was on the staff of Congressman John Linder of Georgia, and she has long been active in conservative causes. JIM JEWELL  Managing Partner 

Jim Jewell is a communications professional
with 27 years of experience in agency public relations and senior non-profit management. Before establishing Rooftop MediaWorks, he served as vice president of a major public relations agency serving the faith-based community, and as a senior vice-president and public relations leader for three respected nonprofit organizations—World Vision, Prison Fellowship, and The Trinity Forum.

Jewell has also provided public relations direction for dozens of client organizations. He was the chief-of-staff for Charles Colson for more than a decade, and the director of communications for Promise Keepers’ Stand in the Gap in 1997 and Billy Graham’s Amsterdam 2000
